1.Product modification prices have not been updated.

After the software applies for price modification, the price of the front desk of the platform is modified after approval, and the data returned by the platform report is displayed in the system.

If the software shows that the sku price has not been updated, it may be that the platform report has not been updated, or the report is updated only after the system update synchronization (update every day), please wait 1-2 days to check the price update, and then find customer service feedback if it is not updated.

2.The sku record cannot be found on the product upload page.

The user has completed the product sku upload, but the corresponding sku record cannot be queried on the product upload page (remember to adjust the upload status).

The data of the new product upload page is from the “product list”, and the product page is from the platform data. If the sku in the product list is invalid (it may be deleted or changed), the corresponding sku record cannot be queried on the product upload page.

The sku record of the product page is the report data obtained by the software through the api every night. If there is one in the returned content, it will be displayed, and if there is not, it will not be displayed. In this case, you can first download the product report and inventory report record on the platform to check whether there is a corresponding sku. Note: The platform report update itself may not be timely

5.What should I do if the order is not synchronized?

1. The system will automatically synchronize the order, but not in real time, so before processing the order, please manually click “Synchronize order” in the pending review/Pending state.

2. Manually click “synchronize order”, if you have more stores, the synchronization time may be a little longer, patiently wait for the synchronization success

3. Synchronization success, pending review/pending processing or no corresponding order, please search the order number in “All orders” to verify whether the order is displayed as other status

6.Why does the product picture not display or display split?

1, if it can be displayed normally, it means that the problem is your network, you can switch the network and then operate

2, if it cannot be displayed normally, you can right-click – copy the image link, go to the browser to see if it can be opened normally, if it cannot be opened, you can only add it again

7.Release product report wrong picture problem how to do

Possible causes:

1.there is a problem with the picture itself, the picture is lost/can not be opened, etc

3.the platform interface can not parse the picture

Solution:

First, there is a problem with the picture itself, the picture is lost/can not be opened:

First copy the error link to the browser open:

If the picture can be opened normally, see which picture, save the local computer, then delete the original picture on the product editing page, upload the picture from the local computer

If the picture cannot be opened, it indicates that the picture has been lost. You need to delete the picture information on the product editing page

Second, the platform interface is abnormal/unstable

The picture can be opened normally, if the platform interface is abnormal/unstable, it can be saved first, and then resubmitted for publication at a later date

Third, the platform interface can not parse the picture

The image is in non-RGB image format, please upload it again after changing the image below

8.How to delete store data?

Clear the store data (only delete the program page orders, products and other information, does not affect your store background data)
